before coming here, I heard a lot from my friends that History was a tough subject for Vietnamese students. however, when I first studied at this class, I really liked it. it's not as hard as I thought and the teacher + friends are very nice ~^.^~.
as an exchange student,I want to learn interesting stories about American history so that when I come back to Vietnam, I can share with the people there :)
I'm not good at English and it's hard for me to remember lots of information in another language _ _!!! however, for me,I think the biggest obstacle in class is understanding what the teacher and video clips talk about. I got the problem with the quizzes because I didn't understand the lecture >.<
The first few weeks are really tough, but you will be understanding and speaking English as well as I do by Thanksgiving. Try watching TV at home so you can get used to our pace of talking. Good luck!
